    Connect your SAP Database with Enterpryze 

    • Log into enterpryze.com with your username and password
    • Navigate to Settings
    • Select ‘Integration’ tab

    Step 1 – Download and install the Enterpryze Data Service (EDS) for SAP Business One

    • Click ‘Download’ to start the installation of the Enterpryze Data Service (EDS). The machine on which the program is installed needs to have access to the SAP database server. The user should also have administrator privileges on the machine. 

    • Go through the installation process and define the administrator users for Enterpryze

    • Enter your email address if you would like to be informed about configuration changes in the organisation
    • Press ‘OK’ and ‘Finish’ to complete the installation

    • Go to the machine where the installation was done
    • Start ‘Services’
    • Find ‘Enterpryze Data Service
    • Right-click on the service and select ‘Properties’

    • Make sure that the startup type is set to ‘Automatic’
    • Press ‘Start’ button to start the service
    • Service is now started

    Step 2 – Set up your network

    • Go back to Enterpryze Mobile Integration tab
    • Enter integration URL (Public IP of the machine where the service was installed) together with the port information (default port number is 8099). Make sure that the port is opened on the firewall for incoming and outgoing connections
    • Press ‘Save’ to confirm the URL setup 

    • URL is updated successfully

    • Select ‘Connect’ button and enter your connection details

    • Enter SAP database server
    • Select server type from the list
    • Enter SAP company database name
    • Enter SAP license server details (the license server in the integration configuration has to exactly match what is entered in the DI API config file of the server)
    • Enter SAP (Professional Licenced User) username and password
    • Enter HANA/SQL database user and password
    • Click ‘Save Configuration’ button

    • Configuration process is now complete
