The Service Planner is designed to provide you with a view of all engineers and their current scheduled calls. The scheduler provides a list of un-scheduled calls and users can drag and drop them against a particular technician on a given day and time. Once scheduled the calls appear in the Service App and the technician gets an alert.

Calls can also be scheduled through the service call app and through the service call entry screen by ticking the scheduled box. The call will be scheduled for the time entered in the call
